By accessing and using SiteSnapshot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
SiteSnapshot provides automated website monitoring services, including visual health checks, screenshot capture, and performance metrics tracking. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
SiteSnapshot employs an automated bot ("SiteSnapshotBot") to visit and capture screenshots of URLs submitted by users. We strictly adhere to the Robots Exclusion Protocol (robots.txt). If a target website disallows our bot via robots.txt, we will not access or capture content from that site. Our bot identifies itself with a custom User-Agent string containing contact information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SiteSnapshot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. SiteSnapshot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
In no event shall SiteSnapshot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
By using SiteSnapshot, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to monitor the target URL(s) you submit. SiteSnapshot acts solely as a technical agent performing monitoring tasks at your direction.
You agree to indemnify and hold SiteSnapshot harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your unauthorized monitoring of third-party websites or violation of their Terms of Service. SiteSnapshot reserves the right to terminate monitoring for any URL if we receive a valid complaint or cease-and-desist request.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
